Ladies General Meeting - LGM Notice 2021

The ladies general meeting is to be held at 6:30pm on Thursday 21st October 2021 in the Ellis Room.

Committee Nominations

Nominations are called for the positions:

President
Vice-President
Captain
Vice-Captain
Secretary

Completed nomination forms are to be received by the Ladies Secretary or President by Thursday 8th October 2021. Additional forms are on the bench below the Notice Board in the Ladies Room.

Proposals to be put to the Meeting

All financial members are invited to submit proposals to be put to the meeting. These should be completed on the Proposal Form. Additional forms are on the bench in the Ladies Room. Proposals must be received by the Ladies Secretary or President not later than Thursday 8th October 2021.

Proxy Forms must be deposited with the Ladies Secretary or President not less than 48 hours before commencement of the meeting, i.e. not later than 6.30pm Tuesday 19th October 2021.

Proposals and Nominations will be displayed on the Notice Board as they are received.
